لماذا مخيم نجم الشمال؟Why North Star Camp?
مخيم نجم الشمال مبادرة خاصة تُقام في شتاء 2026 بالشراكة مع إكسون موبيل قطر.
يقدّم المخيم لطلاب المناطق الشمالية في دولة قطر تجربة قيادية متكاملة، تمتد من 20 ديسمبر وحتى 31 ديسمبر 2026، تجمع بين بناء الشخصية القيادية وتنمية مهارات العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة (STEM)، في بيئة تفاعلية ممتعة مليئة بالاستكشاف والتحدّي، وتصنع تجربة ملهمة.
مخيم نجم الشمال مساحة يكتشف فيها الطالب قدراته ويختبرها، حيث يبدأ الطالب رحلته بالتعرّف على مفهوم القيادة وما يعنيه أن يكون قائدًا مسؤولًا، ثم تعزيز التفكير التكتيكي، ومهارة وضع الأهداف الشخصية، وروح ريادة الأعمال، وبناء حضور قيادي يجذب المستمع ويؤثّر فيه، إلى جانب ترسيخ تحمّل المسؤولية والعمل بروح الفريق، من خلال ورش تدريبية ومسابقات وتحديات قيادية متنوعة يقدّمها فريق من المدرّبين والمختصين.
ومن خلال مشاريع STEM القائمة على حلّ المشكلات، يعمل الطلاب في فرق على قضايا حقيقية من حياتنا اليومية ومن أولويات التنمية في الدولة، يسعى فيها للبحث والتصميم والتجريب العملي ثم عرض الحلول بثقة. المخيم موجّه لطلاب المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية من عمر 11 إلى 16 عامًا، ويُقدَّم باللغة العربية بشكل أساسي مع دعم اللغة الإنجليزية عند الحاجة.
في نجم الشمال، نساعد أبناءنا على استثمار إجازتهم في تجربة تصنع منهم قادة قادرين على خدمة وطنهم.
North Star Camp is a special initiative taking place in winter 2026, supported by ExxonMobil Qatar.
The camp offers students from the northern regions of Qatar a complete leadership experience, running from 20 to 31 December 2026. It combines building leadership character with developing skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), in a fun, interactive environment full of exploration and challenge that creates an inspiring experience.
North Star Camp is a space where students discover their abilities and put them to the test. Each student begins the journey by learning what leadership means and what it takes to be a responsible leader. From there, the camp strengthens their tactical thinking, their ability to set personal goals, their entrepreneurial spirit, and a leadership presence that draws listeners in and influences them. It also builds responsibility and teamwork. All of this happens through training workshops and a variety of leadership competitions and challenges, led by a team of trainers and specialists.
Through problem-based STEM projects, students work in teams on real issues from everyday life and from Qatar's development priorities. They research, design and experiment hands-on, then present their solutions with confidence. The camp is for middle and secondary school students aged 11 to 16. It is delivered mainly in Arabic, with English support when needed.

نستقبل في "مخيم نجم الشمال" طلاب وطالبات المناطق الشمالية في دولة قطر، من المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، من عمر 11 إلى 16 عامًا. North Star Camp welcomes boys and girls from the northern regions of Qatar, in middle and secondary school, aged 11 to 16.

يتعرّف الطالب على مفهوم القيادة الحقيقي، ثم يمارسه عمليًا في مواقف وتحديات يومية داخل المخيم.Students learn what real leadership means, then practise it in everyday situations and challenges at camp.
عقل يفكّر كقائدThink like a leader
تنمية التفكير التكتيكي ومهارة وضع الأهداف الشخصية، ليتعلّم الطالب كيف يخطّط لخطواته القادمة، ويتخذ قراره بثقة.Students develop tactical thinking and personal goal-setting, learning how to plan their next steps and make decisions with confidence.
حضور يلفت الأنظارA presence that stands out
بناء الحضور القيادي ومهارات التحدّث أمام الآخرين، حتى يعرض الطالب أفكاره بأسلوب يجذب المستمع ويؤثّر فيه.Students build leadership presence and public speaking skills, so they can present their ideas in a way that engages and influences their audience.
STEM لحلّ مشكلات حقيقيةSTEM to solve real problems
توظيف العلوم والتكنولوجيا والهندسة والرياضيات في ابتكار حلول لتحديات من حياتنا اليومية ومن أولويات التنمية في دولة قطر.Students use science, technology, engineering and maths to design solutions to challenges from everyday life and Qatar's development priorities.

تعريف الطلبة بأساسيات ريادة الأعمال، وتشجيعهم على تحويل أفكارهم إلى مشاريع قابلة للتطبيق.Students learn the basics of entrepreneurship and are encouraged to turn their ideas into workable projects.

يُقدَّم المخيم باللغة العربية بشكل أساسي، مع الاستعانة باللغة الإنجليزية عند الحاجة.The camp is delivered mainly in Arabic, with English used when needed.
